ENRIQUE KATSINIS
Enrique is the group leader, he has been in the FSC department 11 years and has an experience of over 16 years in the field of real estate consultancy companies. He studied engineering and has a degree in philosophy. He has graduated MA in International Relations in Westminster (Great Britain), Master in Marketing from EADA and Master in Logistics and International Business from the University Abat Oliba. Has carried out studies in urbanism, valuations and finance.
JORDI COMAS
Jordi is an economist with extensive experience in real estate and is MBA with emphasis on Finance from ESADE. He has extensive experience in multinational companies both as a financial analyst and an advisor.
FRANCESC CAPDEVILA
Francesc is the leader of the legal department, a lawyer with over 33 years experience in real estate, attached to the Bar of Barcelona, and an ESADE graduate in Consulting and Taxation of Family Businesses. Francesc specializes in private law, civil and commercial contracts, procedural law, and tax issues arising from real estate transactions.
MERITXELL RIBÓ
Meritxell is a lawyer, graduated from the University of Barcelona and attached to the Bar of Barcelona, with over 16 years experience in real estate. She has authored several articles in professional journals.
MARTA AMORÓS
Marta is the technical coordinator. An architecture graduate through the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura of Barcelona, she has over 17 years experience in the field of real estate consulting companies, leading property projects for commercial, industrial, facility, residential and office use. Also, she holds a post-graduate degree in Urban Management and a Project Management Specialist degree.
RUBÉN BARTOLOMÉ
Rubén is a building engineer graduated by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), with a degree in Property Management and a Master in Building Rehabilitation in CAATEEB. He is member of the association of Technical Architects and Building Engineers in Barcelona.
SAMANTHA GRAMMIG
Samantha assists in international real estate business relations. She is a graduate in International Real Estate & Facility Management at NHTV University of Applied Sciences, Breda (Netherlands).
