GAS NATURAL, with 1,800 employees, is a leading company in the field of energy supply.

PROBLEM

The company needed a separate building in a defined area close to Madrid. They required a surface of 3,500 sqm to house a number or activities, offices, support, etc.

SOLUTION

GRUPO FERRAN SERVICIOS CORPORATIVOS carried out an initial enquiry to define the specific area and the technical characteristics required.

Once all the characteristics had been defined, GRUPO FERRAN SERVICIOS CORPORATIVOS developed a field work that was necessary to identify all the surfaces available. Next they would perform a selection process based on a qualitative and financial analysis of all the property and of all the possible scenarios for negotiation.

When the analysis was completed, the company did the necessary visits to define its preferences.

RESULT

The process ended with the acquisition of the space needed under contractual terms that were appropriate to the needs of the company, and with the owners of the property actively involved in its installation.
