GRUPO AYESA is one of the largest companies in the engineering industry at a national level. Besides, it carries out projects in many countries. It gives employment to 1,400 people.

PROBLEM

Currently, the company is located in a building situated in the Paseo de la Castellana (Madrid). Given the present situation of the market, it was important to examine the opportunities potentially available in the market in order to reduce costs.

SOLUTION

FSC carried out a market analysis on the premises for offices in Madrid, and acted on behalf of the customer before the owners of the property so the rents were adjusted to market prices.

RESULT

FSC could obtain a rent that was more appropriate considering the condition of the market at the momento.
