ABOUT THE COMPANY

GRUPO AYESA is one of the largest companies in the engineering industry at a national level. Besides, it carries out projects in many countries. It gives employment to 1,400 people.

PROBLEM

The Company had its head offices distributed in 2 buildings in Barcelona, which involved a certain lack of efficiency and difficulties.

It was thus necessary to group all the team works not only in a same building but also on a same floor. It was also necessary to have a centric location, easily accessible and with a defined and very clear Budget.

SOLUTION

FSC performed a market analysis and initially identified all the property that met the space requirements of the Group. Later the properties were analysed and recommendations were made. The company chose the building included in the recommendations and it was possible to negotiate in the interest of the client. As the result of the negotiations, the company could establish on a single floor of a building located close to Sagrada Familia, paying the rent already defined and having the owners of the building involved in the installation of the company in the rented premises.

Despite dealing in the engineering industry, GRUPO FERRAN SERVICIOS CORPORATIVOS provided the services for the coordination and installation of the company in the said premises, carrying out the works in compliance with the budget and with the deadline requirements already defined.

RESULT

The client could operate from the rented premises on the date scheduled, with all the rooms and facilities fully operational and with the works executed in accordance with the budgetary requirements, and subject to a contract that would enable the company to carry out its business activity while significantly increasing the efficiency of the space.
