ABOUT THE COMPANY

CINESA is a leading company in the European market of film projection. It belongs to Paramount.

PROBLEM

The premises where the company operated were no longer consistent with the company’s image. It also had other satellite premises that had been acquired throughout the years. These, although being close to the company’s headquarters, were not in the same building.

SOLUTION

We carried out a previous study to determine whether there was an actual need of space, their working method and the correlations existing between departments. Once the surface required was determined, we carried out a market analysis were all the available surfaces meeting the company’s needs were identified. After the identification process, conversations with the owners of the properties or with the owner’s representatives began. The conversations were intended to understand the circumstances and willingness of the owners to provide a space for the company. Based on the outcome of the analysis, we delivered a detailed report on the building and on the potential future scenarios throughout a possible negotiation process.

Together with the Company we visited the selected buildings. After the visit by technicians, human resources staff and staff from other departments, a candidate building was selected.

RESULT

FSC represented the interests of the client and reached an agreement that satisfied the client’s expectations and needs.
