HOMEBOX Due Dilegence of 8 premises in Cataluña
ABOUT THE COMPANY
HOMEBOX is one of the companies of the GROUPE G7, it is a French flagship in the service industry. There are 10 trades, structured into three divisions: mobility (radio taxi hub, taxi services and vehicle rental), storage (self-storage, logistics and archiving) and support services (software development, client relation services and real estate).
HOMEBOX is the first self-storage company in France with more the 70 premises and with an important expansion project in Spain.
PROBLEM
HOMEBOX is interested in acquiring the business of City Self Storage, who carries out its business at 8 premises, seven of them leased and one owned property. HOMEBOX needed to carry out technical due diligence, structural and of installations; legal administrative and of the market in order to identify the rental and purchase price of the market. The due diligence needed to be completed in three weeks, in august. The properties were scattered over a distance of 50 km to Barcelona, in cities as Mataró, Terrassa, Sabadell, Badalona, Sant Boi de Llobregat and Barcelona.
SOLUTION: FSC coordinated a technical interdisciplinary team of 12 architects, engineers, lawyers and real estate consultants.
RESULT
FERRAN CORPORATE SERVICES handed in the information on time, which was worked by the interdisciplinary team. HOMEBOX got acquainted with the risks and opportunities of purchasing the business, which allowed them to carry out the offer with sufficient contrasted information.
