IMS Health Lease of a property of 2.200 m2 in Provença (Barcelona)

ABOUT THE COMPANY

IMS HEALTH is a company of American origin, offering information and technology services for businesses of the healthcare industry. IMS HEALTH has more than 15.000 employees all over the world and offices in over 100 countries.

PROBLEM

IMS is in a growth process and apart from that in expansion due to the acquisition of two companies: Cegedim and Iasist. At Barcelona they were settled at three offices and it was decided to combine these into one building equidistant from the current locations.

SOLUTION

We carried out a consultancy on beforehand in order to determine the actual need of space.  The current locations were considered and a detailed market analysis was performed, where all available spaces that met the company’s requirements were identified.  Once the buildings have been identified a comparative qualitative/quantitative report was made, and it was decided to negotiate/lease a property located at Provença 392 (Barcelona), a surface of 2.200 m2 on two floors and 40 parking places.

RESULT

FERRAN CORPORATE SERVICES represented the interests of its client achieving an agreement at very competitive conditions concerning the existing availability.
